He can even take out somebody’s organ without affecting their bodies. As the name of the fruit suggests that he can medically operate many kinds of life saving surgeries. Thi user is also one of the pirates with whom Luffy join hands to take revenge on a certain enemy which you will know later.
3. Bara Bara no Mi – It was eaten by Buggy the Clown, who is one of the major characters in the One piece world.
This fruit grants him the power to separate his body parts like hands, ears, legs, heads etc. and can control it to certain distance. He is the worst nightmare for any swordsman as he has immunity to slashing.
4. Ito Ito no Mi – It was eaten by Donquixote Doflamingo, who is a main antagonist of a entire arc in One Piece. This devil fruit grants him the power to create long and pointed needle like threads which can even destroy buildings.
