Bleach : Hidden Secret Behind “Bankai”

4.Shunsui Kyōraku:Katen Kyōkotsu: Karamatsu Shinjū(Bones of the Crazy Sky: Pine Trees of Love of Death):
The Bankai of Shunsui is essentially Mental and Abstract. Virtually all characters will experience Negative Effects if they are close to the Bankai (this applies to Allies as well). It generates a creepy, sad feeling that makes opponents act out a Tragedy in 4 Acts.

Section 1 (Damage Exchange): Any Injury inflicted on Shunsui is also inflicted, instantly, upon his opponent.
The Second Act – The Pillow of Shame: Dark spots manifest on the opponent’s body, and they bleed heavily, imitating a disease.
The Third Act – The Severing Abyss: The two combatants are found in a freezing and endless ocean, and escaping the ocean is impossible until one fighter has used up all their spiritual energy and drowns.
The Fourth Act – Thread-Cutting Scissors on a Blood-Streaked Throat: With the use of a white thread of Shunsui’s spiritual energy, Shunsui wraps using it around the neck of his opponent and then pulls, beheading them in one swift movement.

5.Retsu Unohana: Minazuki [All Things End]
In her intense training fight against Kenpachi Zaraki, the First Kenpachi uses her Bankai. Her sword transforms into a liquid form of thick dark red acid (similar to blood).

The liquid, when it covers the surrounding area, melts flesh off, and the environment would never die because of melting and healing at the same time. She keeps melting Zaraki to his skeleton and bringing him back with her healing Kido. She will do this fight forever until Zaraki gets his full strength out of him.

6.Tōshirō Hitsugaya:Daiguren Hyōrinmaru(Grand Crimson Lotus Ice Ring):
Hitsugaya has wings,a tail and also has dragon-shaped limbs,all made out of ice. Hitsugaya is a young Bankai user, so his Bankai is still “incomplete” when first released, as represented by the three ice flowers that melt while he is using his Bankai.

Mature form – Once the ice flowers have completed their melting process, Hitsugaya becomes an adult physically and in his true form. Hitsugaya’s ice is so pure in his true form that whatever type of material, weapon, or ability that Hitsugaya freezes will not work at all.

7.Kisuke Urahara (Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame) :
A massive figure that appears to be a mannequin woman is unleashed when Urahara invokes his bankai.

Ability: This Bankai has the ability to re-structure anything it comes into contact with. It can be used as an attack to literally tear open adversaries like stitched fabric or as a defence to create new eyes and replace Urahara’s slit limbs almost instantaneously.In addition,the environment in which the fight is occurring can be re-structured and paths allowed by the environment can be created.

8.Mayuri Kurotsuchi(Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō):

Mayuri’s Bankai appears as an huge, ugly yellow caterpillar with a baby’s head on it. The Bankai emits a deadly poisonous mist that covers very large area.

Matai Fukuin Shōtai (Reincarnation of the Infant Diseases): Because of his mad scientist nature, Mayuri is always making changes to his Bankai. In this version he can create an entirely new Ashisogi Jizō, which is custom-built to be immune to specific things based on how much data Mayuri has collected about his enemy.

9.Kenpachi Zaraki: (He has no named Bankai yet)
When Yachiru helped him unlock his Bankai, Kenpachi transforms into a full red Oni demon, and becomes completely wild and crazy when he’s fighting, he doesn’t have any logical thought processes, he is fighting completely animalistically.

Whilst in this form his strength as well as his ability to cut things increases tremendously, he can literally just take a bite and rip his enemies Arm Off with his teeth, and cut through beings that have the girth of a skyscraper.His power is so great in this form that he is physically unable to withstand it and if he swings his sword way too fast, his muscles will tear completely apart.

10.Rukia Kuchiki:Hakka no Togame (White Haze’s Censure)

When Rukia activates her bankai, her hair, clothing and her eyes all become white.

The range that Rukia can freeze with her shikai is multiplied during bankai. She can also create temperature that is absolute zero in an instant. Any person or object within the blast radius of her bankai will be Flash freeze to the core and fall apart Excess usage of this bankai can also affect Rukia herself, because thawing herself improperly can shatter her cells.

11.Sajin Komamura: Kokujō Tengen Myō’ō :
He summons a gigantic Armored Samurai who will mimic his actions.

Dangai Jōe (Divine Armor of Ropes):
After performing Humanification Technique by offering his Heart to gain Temporary Immortality, the Giant will remove his Armors and show the Terrifying Demon Face, which is entirely made up of Spiritual energy. In this form, neither Komamura nor his Giant will ever be killed by Physical Harm.

12.Sui-Feng: Jakuhō Raikōben (Hornet Thunder Whip):
Compared to the assassin style of her Stealth Shikai, Sui-Feng’s Bankai changes her arm into a big, heavy, gold missile launcher that shoots a single massive missile.The

weapon works almost like a very large nuclear bomb and can do a significant amount of damage with explosions. Sui-Feng doesn’t like using the weapon because it contradicts her nature as an assassin. The Bankai is loud, and heavy, and provides no form of stealth operations.

Part IV: Squad Zero and the Origin of Bankai:
The introduction of Squad Zero adds a huge amount of depth to the story of Bleach. Basically, we’re told that “Shin’uchi (True Strike)” was the original term to describe the ultimate release of a Zanpakutou, before it was given the name “Bankai” later on.

13. Ichibē Hyōsube: Shirafude Ichimonji (White Brush, Straight Line) :
The Monk Who Named All Things In Soul Society. The black ink of Ichibē’s Shikai can control what it covers and erase the “names” (and therefore, erase the power) of whatever it covers.

Ichibē’s Shin’uchi, the first Bankai, converts black ink into white ink. With this power, he can provide a new name and characteristics to all objects. As a case in point, if he calls or writes on his victim a Black Ant, it will make them as frail as a normal ant, so the battle will end there. Since the word “Bankai” had not been created “”when Ichibe was created, his Zanpakutō is, technically speaking, a Shin’uchi.
